You could use this method to record yahoo launch, youtube, television shows (sound effects), online radio, flash videos anything with sound on your pc you can record. I used the sound recorders but I think you can use audacity to record. I like this way better. At the end I pick 56kbps MP3 because that will be an acceptable quality for a phone - probably close to radio quality audio. You could chose up to 128, I'm not sure, I doubt youtube/launch/ect uses audio of higher quality than 128.
To send it to your phone - lookup the method to transfer depending on
carrier: bluetooth, usb, emailing to your phone, texting to your phone
ect...

My goat must have some sort of fungal infection. And I'm waiting at Ed Morse Honda - WPB - for them to examine the tires bleh - 3.5hours later and we need new ones - from someone else. I'm sore from playing tag with mike and katie yesterday, legs stiff :(. Can't wait till we play Thursday. Yay!

Our goat has some kind of fungus/bacterial (?) foot infection, he's limping. Gave our 40lb mini goat 4 benadryl to sedate him (hopefully completely out but he didn't even act drowsy, low pulse though), invited a friend over to try to help us locate the jugular, she couldn't find it, so gave him oral DI-Methox (Sulfadimethoxine - antibacterial) and not the IV :( . Got some peroxide on his sores which are around his ankles (not hooves? weird, smell a little sour but not like hoof rotting). Plenty of mosquito bites, owie.
